If after 30 minutes you have not received your MVR report the issue may be:

  • #1 Issue: You mis-typed your email address when ordering - Submit a SUPPORT Ticket.
  • #2 Issue: You entered an incorrect Drivers License Number - Submit a SUPPORT Ticket.
  • The DMV data link is down - your report will automatically process.
  • You ordered a non-instant State Report.

Non Instant Report States:

  • Alaska - 7 Business Days
  • Hawaii - 1 Business Day
  • Oregon - 2 Business Days
  • Pennsylvania - 5 Business Days (Requires a Signed Release)
  • Wyoming - 1 Business Day
  • Puerto Rico - 21 Business Days
  • Guam - 15 Business Days

NOTE:

  • Colorado MVR reports are only transmitted from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST - If you ordered your report after 10:00PM EST it will automatically be processed and transmitted the next day after 7:30AM EST.
  • North Carolina MVR reports are only transmitted from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST - If you ordered your report after 10:00PM EST it will automatically be processed and transmitted the next day after 7:30AM EST.
  • Louisiana  MVR reports are only transmitted from 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST - If you ordered your report after 10:00PM EST it will automatically be processed and transmitted the next day after 7:30AM EST.
  • CDLIS (Nationwide CDL) MVR Reports are only available from 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM (EST).
