Report Descriptions (choose a report that fits your needs):

  • 1040 – For personal tax transcripts.
  • 1065, 1120, 1120S – For corporate and business tax transcripts.
  • Account Transcripts - Contains information on the financial status of the account, such as payments made on the account, penalty assessments, and adjustments made by you or the IRS after the return was filed. Return information is limited to items such as tax liability and estimated tax payments. Account transcripts are available for most returns.
  • Record of Account – Provides a combination of line item information and later adjustments to the account. Available for current year and three prior tax years.
  • W-2 Information – Contains employer-reported financial data.
  • 1099 – Relays payments made to an individual or company for services provided
  • K-1 Information – Provides partnership reported financial data.
  • Stated Doc – Requires a 4506T, but only reveals confirmation of filing for specified years, and existence of Schedule C and/or E.
  • Stated Income – Requires a 4506T, but only reveals confirmation of filing for specified years, existence of Schedule C and/or E with a minimal income level stating the borrower reported income greater than or equal to XXXXX”.

What is Form 4506-T?

A. Form 4506-T is a form produced by the United States Department of the Treasury that allows for tax return information to be retrieved by tax payers and their designated third parties. A properly completed and executed 4506-T allows InfoCheckUSA to retrieve the tax records of your borrowers. Form must be signed by tax payer.

Can I use one 4506-T for multiple requests?

 A: Yes, but the form must reflect all of the requests you are making. We will generate multiple orders for you based on what you put on the 4506. The following conditions apply to this:

* Record of Account and Account Transcripts must be requested on their own separate 4506-T.

* Business and Personal returns must be on a separate 4506-T.

I have received a No Record Found, what does this mean?

A: This indicates the IRS was unable to locate a return for the submitted information. It is important to note that if the SSN, Name, or last filing address are incorrect on the 4506-T, the IRS may be unable to locate a record for the return. Additionally if the borrower has not filed a return as of the date the request was submitted, we will receive a No Record Found. (It typically takes 6-8 weeks from filing the returns before they are available)

Can you get foreign Tax Transcripts?

 A. No - Only the USA.

Can I retrieve tax information from Puerto Rico?

 A: If the borrower filed a standard tax form that is available via the 4506-T with the US Internal Revenue department then the borrowers records should be available. If they filed with the Puerto Rican Treasury department we are unable to retrieve results for those filings.
