InfoCheckUSA takes credit card fraud and potential unauthorized charges very seriously.
If you have an un-authorized charge or a charge that you do not recognize on your credit card statement please fill out a SUPPORT ticket and provide the following information:
* Date of Transaction
* Amount of Transaction
* The Type of Credit Card and the last 4 digits of the card
* Your Account ID (if you have an account with us)
Our investigators will research your request and provide a response/resolution within 1 business day.
If the transaction is determined to be un-authorized, we will refund the charge immediately and shut down the online account so no further charges can be made on the card. In addition, we will provide (upon request) any information necessary for you or your credit card company to pursue the individual placing the un-authorized charges.
