Needs Attention is a system note either informing you of the status of your report or requesting additional information that is needed to complete your report. For example, if you criminal report was sent to the QA Dept. for further investigation then you will receive a system note under Needs Attention alerting you to the status or our researchers may have entered a system note informing you that a the school has requested a signed release from the applicant before they will release their degree records.
If the search has the Needs Attention icon 
, then you'll see a request for missing information in the Notes section at the bottom left after you click that search. In the example below, you are prompted to provide a drivers license number.
NOTE: Always check the Needs Attention from your dashboard for a status of your reports.
