You must setup a Business or Personal Account by selecting CLIENT SIGN-UP from the top right corner of the main website.

NOTE: If you ONLY need a Personal MVR then from CLIENT SIGN-UP select PERSONAL MVR and follow the prompts. An account is not needed.

 

ORDER PROCESS:

 

(1) Login to your account and you will see your account Control Panel Dashboard.

(2) Select the ORDER REPORTS tab.

(3) Enter Applicant Info: Name, DOB (mm/dd/yyyy), SSN and Address.

(4) Scroll down to select Packages/Searches and click the drop down box.

(5) Select a pre-configured PACKAGE or select ORDER INDIVIDUAL SERACHES then click SUBMIT.

(6) You will now see a list of individual searches: If you chose a package the searches contained within the package will be listed and if you chose order individual searches then all available searches will be listed in grey.

(7) If you chose a package you may some GREEN bars and some GOLD bars. GREEN bars means no further information is needed for the search. GOLD Bars means additional information is needed. Click the GOLD bar and it will expand and prompt for the needed information. Enter the information then click SAVE - the bar should turn GREEN.

(7A) If you chose ORDER INDIVIDUAL SEARCHES then all available searches will be grey. Select the searches you would like and the bars will either turn GREEN or GOLD. GREEN bars means no further information is needed for the search. GOLD Bars means additional information is needed. Click the GOLD bar and it will expand and prompt for the needed information. Enter the information then click SAVE - the bar should turn GREEN.

(8) Once all searches are GREEN then you are ready to ORDER the reports.

(9) Click the GREEN ORDER button on top right - you will also see your total order amount.

(10) The system will verify that your order was processed and will prompt you to View Your Report or Order Another Report.
