When setting up your account you had an option to receive your reports via eMail or Online. Select the MY ACCOUNT tab then USER INFO then EDIT USER to verify your settings.

If your account was configured to receive your reports via eMail but you did not receive them then please check your eMail SPAM/BULK folder. Many times our emails get caught in SPAM filters.

You can add our report email address to your SPAM FILTER allowed list: reports@infocheckusa.com

If your still having problems receiving your reports then send an email to support@infocheckusa.com
